We’ll provide you with a friendly, step-by-step training programme to get you ready for a short, achievable ride, walk, or skate. No pressure, no judgment—just fun, fitness, and fundraising!

Absolutely! Pure in Motion events are explicitly designed for fun and community, not speed. There are no timers, leaderboards, or pressure. Most of our events include a training programme to get you to a point where you can complete the challenge in a reasonable time. On the day you can go at your own pace, and you’ll be surrounded by supportive, like-minded women.

Not at all. Our routes are chosen specifically to be manageable and enjoyable for everyday fitness levels. We want you to finish feeling proud and energized, not completely exhausted! You don’t need to be an athlete—just willing to have a go and have some fun.

There is no scary minimum target! We believe every single pound makes a difference to small, local charities. We just ask that you do your best to raise whatever you can. (Bonus tip: Check with your chosen charity, as some offer to refund your entry ticket price if you hit a specific fundraising milestone!)
